Account Deletion Policy

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your LodgeSpot account and all associated personal data at any time. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting your request.

What will be deleted

Your name, phone number, and email address
Your booking history and preferences
Any messages or inquiries you submitted through the app
Your profile and associated account data

⚠️ What may be retained

Transaction records required by law or financial regulations
Anonymised usage data that cannot identify you
Data needed to resolve open disputes or pending bookings

Conditions before deletion

All active bookings must be completed or cancelled before your account can be deleted.
Any pending refunds will be processed before the account is removed.
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your account has been permanently deleted.
